Salina Spa & Massage Reviews

My wife and I wanted a couples massage while in Hawaii . We found ourselves in Ala Moana and stumbled upon this conveniently placed shop nearby. The area has convenient parking and a couple of popular restaurants next door. The place was very clean, even surpassing my wife’s standards, and the rooms were well equipped. We were directed to a two bed room that even had a sweet massage machine with multiple capabilities, including cupping. The masseuses were superb, very capable at deep tissue and other styles, and responsive to our needs as my wife prefers a more gentle and I a more firm style.

The worst massage experience ever. I went with a group of 3 people just trying to relax after a day of work and I came out even more stressed. My friends thought the same. While I was getting the massage the ladies in the room keep talking and talking to each other on their language which for some reason it distracted her and stop massaging me for a few seconds constantly and it just felt like friction massages, nothing professionally and not relaxing at all. The room smelt weird and it was so hot. When it was done, I was paying and they force you to tip what they want not what you think is fair because then all of them will circle you and make you feel so unsafe and scream at you. Really odd place, I don’t recommend.

It was a very good experience. My lower back pain was relieved a lot. The masseuse was very attentive. She used a lot of strength to press the position of my lower back pain quickly. She also used advanced machine cupping to drain out the moisture inside. My body felt relaxed. Very comfortable. I will come again next time!

All I can say is don’t come here after mealtimes. The place smelled like food and my massage therapist kept burping and farting. It was kind of gross. As for the massage itself, it was pretty standard although I didn’t quite get the full hour. The therapist was responsive to my needs though so they get that.

Thank you! I came in here about 11 and got a great massage from Eric. It is right next to the Ross parking lot. They have showers and a cold bath. He massaged around my left arm and shoulder where it was hurting and made it feel much better. Very good with his hands. I highly recommend him because of the strength of his hands! Also, the staff is very generous and Salina offered to cook me noodles! They are from Singapore. Never had a better treatment in my life!
